Jessica Johnson Mills, Senior Director

MA, Mental Health Counseling / Counseling Psychology, Boston College

Jessica (goes by Jess) is the Senior Director of OSA and works with students, faculty, staff, and families to remove barriers to access for students with disabilities. Coming from 15 years of experience in accessibility and a background in psychology and counseling, she promotes a holistic approach that encompasses 魅影直播's Christian values and the University's strive toward academic excellence. She believes in serving students to ensure that all are treated equitably and with dignity. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and hanging out with her husband and kids.

Ateshia Naccari works with students, staff, and faculty to promote access and remove barriers to learning at 魅影直播. With training in legal studies and conflict resolution, she advocates for inclusive practices and effective accommodations across the university. Her background in biblical studies and belief in the dignity of every person shape her approach to support and service. Ateshia sees her work as a bridge鈥攃onnecting individuals to tools and resources that foster equity, belonging, and grace.

Wesley Baker supports student accessibility by coordinating the completion of accommodated exams with students and faculty, ensuring that all students can realize their academic potential. With a background in Computer Science, he enjoys solving complex problems, and believes in technology as a powerful tool to improve human lives. In his free time, Wesley enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and coding. He is excited to connect students and faculty and promote equitable learning for all.

Dominic Monteleone facilitates note taking and accessible technology efforts by providing timely support to students, faculty and staff looking to use assistive modalities. With a background in student success, disability services and data analysis encompassing several higher education domains, Dominic aims to work collaboratively with his community in finding seamless solutions; relying heavily on his years of experience. Rooted in faith and service, Dominic strives to uphold 魅影直播's mission and values, supporting any and all that cross his path.

Farah Rezvan holds the title of administrative assistant at the Office of Student Accessibilities. She can frequently be seen working the front desk, proctoring exams, and walking around the campus with a smile on her face. She prides herself on her sympathetic nature, and she often forgoes formalities to ensure that she can make every student's day. Her mantra is "If I can not do great things, I can do small things in a great way".
